Quick Dry Outdoor Wood Stain

Quick Dry Outdoor Wood Stain is readymade exterior wood protective coating/polish in pigmented and natural color in silk matt finish that penetrates deeply inside the porous part of wood. The coating is translucent coating.

• If the surface is already painted or polished, remove with the help of paint remover or sand paper till the actual wood comes in a condition to absorb the readymade polish.
• If any filling is required for smoothening the surface, it should be done with filling putty or with POP and chalk mitti and not with fevicol.
• If required, first sand the surface with 80 no., and thereafter with 120 no., 320 no. water proof sandpaper.
• All sanding to be done in the direction of the grains of the wood.

• First Coat: Stir well and apply the material with a soft brush (paint brush), roller or spray gun on the well prepared surface in the direction of the grains of the wood. (if surface temperature is more than 38⁰C then add 10-20% potable water)
• Let it dry for at least 2 - 4 hours.
• If require do the soft sanding with more than 600 no. waterproof sandpaper to remove the superficial particles. All sanding should be done in the direction of the grains.

Second Coat: Apply second coat of material with a soft brush, roller or gun. If surface temperature is more than 38⁰C then add 10% potable water in second coat also.

• Note: The consumption may vary due to porosity of substrate, so for huge surface a trial is required.
• For Interior one coat of material is sufficient, but for enhancing the glass and finish can take additional one coat after soft sanding with more than 600 water based sand paper.
• The all application will be done towards the direction of wood gain.
